A mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system is include as a standard fitment, this extracts the existing 'stale' air, from all living rooms, including condensation from bathrooms & kitchens and exchanges it with fresh filtered air from outside whilst retaining as much as 90% of the heat already generated within the apartment. This ensures a comfortable living environment with the added bonus of reducing dust and other allergens.
